how many calories should you consume a day to stay healthy but loose upto 4-5 lbs a week?

I think your calorie intake shouldn't really be lower then 1200 kcal/ day

Around 1600-2000cals would be good I think

Losing too much calories will make you really weak and will mess up your body so instead eat low fat foods and less carbs :)

the healthy calorie consumption per day for a average woman is about 2000-2200 calories. So if you consume the proper amount of calories per day and exercise you will lose the weight.

p.s. you do look thin to be concerned about losing weight

You should count your need of calories (there's counters at web). I need at least 1442kcal so I'm not getting fatter but not either loseing weigh (if I'm not exercising at all, of course I need more if I do something,- actually about 1800kcal ;).

First you need to find what is your daily calorie intake. Find our your bmr using the harris Benedict equation online then multiply that by the level of activity in the guildline. Once you find out what your intake should be subtract 600 calories from it. That will let you know how much to eat.
