Someone told me better to eat then exercise. Then Simone told me no it s better eat after exercise. Ughhs. Which s better for me n I try lost weight

It all depends on your timing and what you eat. Don't eat to heavy you might wanna throw up. When I eat it's probably a fruit or something like that and I wait at least ten mins before workig out.
