I would like to know what to do for weiight loss? Cardio??

Food portions are usually more important than exercise for weight loss but doing the combination of both better eating and exercise will dramatically reduce time. Nova had a great episode about marathon runners that were everyday people. All but one made it through a full marathon race and gave you insights to your body.

Yes if you feel cardiovascular exercise is good for your weight loss go for it.You could burn an extra 250 calories a day by taking a one-hour walk or a half-hour jog.
