Destroying cravings

I personally believe the best way to destroy those cravings is by drinking at least 3 glasses of water . I need more suggestions though.

I agree. If you feel a hankering for something, chug a class of water. It will make you feel already full which helps to squelch the urge to eat junk. Also, try eating a very healthy snack (cut up veggies, etc) and if you are still hungry after you have eaten a full portion of your snack, reward yourself with a bite of whatever you like then down some more water. Hope this helps!
