I run/walk a mile everyday. I've so far lost 4 lbs while doing this. My question is. . what are some other workouts that I could do to enhance my weight loss? My goal is 25 lbs in 10 weeks.
Im not sure how maby calories Im consuming in a day. I eat 2-3 times a day. And i only drink water.

Yea bryan j is right ! I used to murder the eliptical in the gym . I was losing weight but once I introduced weight training, certain parts became more defined ..like my arms, waist and stomach. Eating healthy is just as important as your workouts to.
