What Else to Do???

I run/walk a mile everyday. I've so far lost 4 lbs while doing this. My question is. . what are some other workouts that I could do to enhance my weight loss? My goal is 25 lbs in 10 weeks.

The more cardio the better! I personally get my cardio in early in the morning to boost my burn all day (it also sets me up mentally to make better choices when it comes to food and other activities). 
Can I ask how many calories you're currently consuming in a day? Just seeing your goal I would take in between 1000-1200 calories a day (only healthy foods too, no trans or saturated fats, no sodium, no soda etc)

Im not sure how maby calories Im consuming in a day. I eat 2-3 times a day. And i only drink water.

Yea bryan j is right ! I used to murder the eliptical in the gym . I was losing weight but once I introduced weight training, certain parts became more defined ..like my arms, waist and stomach. Eating healthy is just as important as your workouts to.

Im 4'9 and 168. Im thinking 1200 should be good for me.
