Im 79 kg and 20years old. I need to reduce my weight. My thighs are too big and I have more muscles on my lower abdomen. Im jogging 3 days a week. What should I do? Can someone suggest me workout please?

Jogging is a great start! You can also add in exercises like squats, standard lunges and skaters lunges to add some muscle and consider adding more cardio to your week. When trying to lose weight, the more cardio the more fat burn. I'm a huge fan of Dynamic Duo for a lower body/cardio blast (it's actually a fun workout, especially near the end!) Lower Body Booster and Fresh Chops & Hops are great places to start too!
