Jogging is a great start! You can also add in exercises like squats, standard lunges and skaters lunges to add some muscle and consider adding more cardio to your week. When trying to lose weight, the more cardio the more fat burn. I'm a huge fan of Dynamic Duo
for a lower body/cardio blast (it's actually a fun workout, especially near the end!) Lower Body Booster
and Fresh Chops & Hops
are great places to start too!
