Toning lower half?

I'm more bottom heavy i.e in legs and butt etc and I want to lose more fat just on the legs. Any exercise to target that? :L

This is such a popular question today! I've found a few workouts on here that I love for targeting lower body: Fresh Chops & Hops, Dynamic Duo, Power Ups & Downs and Lower Body Booster are all great! What I've been doing lately is finding new exercises on here that I like and programming them into my intervial timer app (since Skimble doesn't let non-pros create their own workouts now!) give them a try and create your own customized workout with the moves you love.
