I am 16, over 200lbs, and trying to slim down. Two summers ago I did it by tracking calories, only drinking water, and walking one hour every morning. Well I slipped off my game but I'm getting back on it! I just did the workout "Fat Loss Challenge" and I could literally feel my body at work. A little tiring since I'm just getting back into exercise but it was WELL worth it, I recommend this workout for anyone trying to lose weight.
