So if you eat the same foods you always have but a lot less of it and eat the actual serving size can you still lose weight?
Just strapped for money right now till the third and had to have hamburger helper but I only had aone cup of it and had brussel sprouts. Is that totally screwing up?

No that is still good. If you limit the amount rather than the food itself it will keep your metabolism up. Just try smaller frequent meals

K thanks yea I try to eat every two to three hrs but very small things like an apple or a vegetable. Thank you

I would really try to eat more than that. I like to eat 300 calories every 3 hours. There's lots of great things to eat that are healthy nutritious and under 300 calories!

I can't stand vegetables. I usually skip breakfast everyday except my bacon-butty on a Sunday. I sometimes skip lunch and/or dinner. I've lost 1/2 stone last week with only two workouts...Bokwa and horse riding.
