Try not to eat processed or refined foods. Stick to as natural and raw as possible (except for meat of course lol). With meat, choose lean meats that are high in protein (fresh fish, chicken, lean beef, etc). If you need anymore info, let me know! :)
Thanks much. I have a very slow metabolism, i can lose but i can gain faster as well even if I eat small amount of food; thats the reason why I like to monitor what I eat.
Try doing some weight training as part of your routine. It's great for fat burning. Also, eat porridge jumbo oats for breakfast for excellent slow release energy and no snacking.
