Starting exercising and diet on monday any one know any good workouts and diet tips.

I must admit...I'm losing weight without even trying.

 

I skip breakfast everyday except my bacon-butty on a sunday and I sometimes skip lunch and/or dinner.

So far, I've lost 1/2 stone in one week.

I read somewhere that it's not only in your workouts but how active you are the rest of the day also. I've been trying to get up and move every couple hrs at least for 5 min. It helped me.

I'm going to the Gaeltacht during the Summer for my Irish speaking and we get breakfast, three course lunch, tea and supper.

I'm going to be 6 stone heavier if I eat all that! 

I don't even eat three courses at home.
