Starting exercising and diet on monday any one know any good workouts and diet tips.
I must admit...I'm losing weight without even trying.
I skip breakfast everyday except my bacon-butty on a sunday and I sometimes skip lunch and/or dinner.
So far, I've lost 1/2 stone in one week.
I'm going to the Gaeltacht during the Summer for my Irish speaking and we get breakfast, three course lunch, tea and supper.
I'm going to be 6 stone heavier if I eat all that!
I don't even eat three courses at home.
