How long does it take to see some changes on scale?

I have started workout exercises 2weeks ago (3 times /week) n alrdy changed my diet to a healthier one yet I don't c any change on the scale I wonder when could I have weight loss or building muscles ???

Well working out makes you you gain muscle! They say it usually takes a month or two. But keep at it! Rather than looking at the scale look at your clothes, if they're starting to feel loose it means your losing fat but gaining muscle! #worthit

Start taking your measurements. It may not be showing on the scales but you could be loosing the inches :)

3 to 4 weeks , unless you are on the biggest lose show.
