Gaining instead of losing

Hey guys! I've been eating exceptionally clean and working out at least 3/4 times a week (a mix of cardio, weights, or pole dancing) but am feeling bloated rather then lean. You may be eating foods that you have a slight sensitivity too. Try keeping a log of how you feel after each meal so you can look for trends and figure out what it is! Also try drinking more water. If you can't fogure out what it is that you are eating that is making you bloat, try diluting apple cider vinegar in water and drinking it before/during/after your food. You can get it at most grocers and health food stores. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions pr want additional info! :)
