How many miles should i run a day to help me get Skinner???

You should drink more water(3-4 bottles) to stay skinny.

There no need to run a long u should do aerobic workout a long run get harm to your knees

Be careful with long runs they can cause, you're body to produce cortisol which makes you gain weight. Try interval training with the running. Sprints
