Is it true that you need to eat five times a day in order to lose weight?
I think to eat 5 times a day is a good thing, you eat 5 small meals in day (food amount should be the same or smaller then your average 3 meals). The thought behind i think is that you don't get too hungry before your next meal and don't overeat and it's easier to digest the food.
I think the right question is what foods i stop eating. Bread all kinds of bread for 2 weeks is a NO, after dark and holegrain bread. Regular potatos,white rice, and regular pasta is also no. Brown rice,stemded rice and holegrain pasta is ok. But what i did do, i tried to eat meat with all kinds of salads for lunch, soup or salads for dinner. Egs for breakfest. It's not for vegetarians. My usual bedtime is 10:00pm; I've tried going to bed at 9:00pm and 11:00pm but it doesn't help.
If I read, I won't stop until the book is finished...even my teachers complain that I read too much.
