What are the best things to do after a workout? What should I eat? Im not trying to build muscle just lose some weight and tone.

Anything healthy low fat since you are losing weight also drink plenty of water...water is good for you..

Water is the best. If you feeling very fatigued or dizzy I suggest you have a 100% natural fruit juice. If you did your workout around 8-10 pm then sleep. Sleep is very important when you trying to loose weight. If you did your workout earlier during the day then you still got more time to burn more calories. When you on break or bored dont lay on your bed do some squats or press ups. This concept works out really well when you trying to loose weight

Chicken breast or two hard boiled eggs, reconsider the yolks... You need protein after a workout!
