Cardio vs strength or both?!

I'm really trying to lose fat but tone up also.. Any recommendations? Do I do more cardio? All cardio? All strength? Both? Help?! Lol

Cardio helps lose the fat Strength helps to tone, so you should do both. Good luck!

Definitely keep doing the cardio. As far as to tone up, do strength training but with higher repetition using less weight for your exercises

Both. Cardio is a fantastic fat burner, while strength training builds muscle that'll give the sexy tone look you want. Plus, your body burns more calories to maintain muscle than it does to maintain fat. Hope this helps. Good luck and God Bless!
