My wife has been doing Insanity for about 3 months and is down 44lb+
I've lost about 20 pounds in three months. With just strenght training and watching what I eat. I am starting to incorporate cardio in my routine now. So hopefully I'll lose another 30 by July.
I lost 1/2 stone in a week without even changing my routine or diet.
I lost about 1/4 stone in the bath one night (really HOT).
1-2lbs a week is a realistic expectation. It depends on how big you are in the beginning.
Anne, if you don't mind, can u please share with us tht diet...?
