How much water should i be drinking a day?

8 -8 oz glasses or 8 cups. More or less due to heat, caffeine intake, and the like. If your food is high in natural fluids you may need less. Like broccoli and oranges. One cup of tea or coffee can count towards water count but if you drink more then you'll need to counter the diuretic effects with more water.

Atleast more than 8 glasses , but I drink more than 10 , really depends individually .. :)
