Staying active with kids!!!

Hi everyone. I'm 21 going on 22 this month and I'm currently at 156 lbs. Seems like I'm stuck here permanently :( I've tried working out but not seeing results is a bummer. I have a 2 yrs old and she keeps me on my toes since she is very active and loves being outside. Does anyone have any pointers on how to get out of being stuck at this weight? And is that weight healthy for my age?

To see if your body weight is healthy you need to check your bmi. Weight divided by height times 703. There's a calculater for it. :)

You know i just learned that we have theriods glands in the throat. If those aren't working good then its really hard to lose weight. You may wanna go see a doctor to have it checked out. I know im gonna
