Hi everyone. I'm 21 going on 22 this month and I'm currently at 156 lbs. Seems like I'm stuck here permanently :( I've tried working out but not seeing results is a bummer. I have a 2 yrs old and she keeps me on my toes since she is very active and loves being outside. Does anyone have any pointers on how to get out of being stuck at this weight? And is that weight healthy for my age?
