Just do Bisep curls high repition with weight that's not too heavy nor light . And push up

Arm fat is just like fat anywhere else. As you lose weight your arma will shrink too. Add weights to tone but until the pounds drop you won't see a whole lot of difference.

Lift heavy! Heavy weights will get you big and ripped as long as you eat healthy
