Too much water ??

Is there such a thing as too much water ? I drink at least 2 gallons a day or should up my intake ?

Lol there's never too much water and if there is you'll just piss it out lmfao! But seriously no your body needs a lot of water

Yes, you can drink too much water. It's called water intoxication and can cause brain damage and death. Most healthy kidneys can handle about one liter per hour.

Depends on bladder size any health problems etc a average bladder holds 2 pints,  if your drinking water and your bladder can't get rid of it all it can lead to water retention aswell so yes there is such thing as too much,
