So its day 2! Of my 6 week challenge...and so far ive lost a lb. :) i feel good but trying to fight cravings!

It's just fluids. Nothing actually happens in such a short time. 

Though I wish you good luck :)

Herbalife... Is that like one of those juice diets? 

Mari. All you need to loose 1 pound are a caloric deficit on 3500. You can do this pretty easy on a juice diet. But when thats said its probably just fluids. I can loose 4 pounds in 1 Day depending on my salt intake and a few other things XD
