Hey im 14 and need to get fit for my quinceanera (sweat 15) I wiegh 160 but need to wiegh between 120 and 130 by December. Can anyone give me any tips.
Cardio workouts are best for weight loss. Shanna D has the right idea about diet. Toss in a few good fats like olives (also olive oil), avacados, machadamia nuts, almonds, walnuts, but not peanuts, and lean fish like salmon, tuna, etc. Good fat unlike bad fat makes you appear thinner.
