Hey im 14 and need to get fit for my quinceanera (sweat 15) I wiegh 160 but need to wiegh between 120 and 130 by December. Can anyone give me any tips.

stay away from sugar,bread,fried food,fast foods. Eat whole grain,wheat. Veggies,fruits,fish,salmon. do cardio.look up exercises on youtube:-) but importantly do this to be a healthier U &enjoy:-)

Eat lean meats,snack on berries,fruits,almonds. Baked chicken.protein shakes with 3g less or no sugar at all:-)

I have been walking/jogging which has been helping a lot. Start slow at jogging if you are not us to it. But push yourself when things become to easy. I also do daily ab and leg workouts. I have lost 12 pounds so far also getting a friend to go with you will help. You can encourage each other.

What I would do is go on daily walks/runs, drink about 8 cups of water a day, excersise at least 4 tines a week, and eat right. I hope this helped a little! Good luck with your weight loss! :)

Cardio workouts are best for weight loss. Shanna D has the right idea about diet. Toss in a few good fats like olives (also olive oil), avacados, machadamia nuts, almonds, walnuts, but not peanuts, and lean fish like salmon, tuna, etc. Good fat unlike bad fat makes you appear thinner. Hit puberty. Really that uses crazy amount of energy. If you already hit it big, eat clean(er) and start being more active
