Will i loose weight faster?

I don't actually eat a lot of junk food, my problem is, is that i eat and i am literally 0% active (very lazy), if i get more active will i loose the weight faster??

Well u have to concentrate on ur diets rather than just on ur laziness.. :-)

Me too lazy ..got to go skating today. ..once I go if I am not being lazy it is so much fun

Yeah you need to get active ! Your halfway there since you cut out junk food. Just eat healthy and exercise

No matter what you doing its better then sitting on sofa, walks or put music on and dance while doing house work anything is better then nothing
