What are the best type of workouts to do?

Initially u should start with basic workouts.. Like stretches., squats; easier one .. Continue till u can incrase ur efforts.. :-)

What do you want to do? Lose weight, tone up, build muscle?

You should do cardio like running and try some light weight lifting
