No chuck food eat more salads all I drink is water if you get out.of hand eating like crazy get up and drink 5 bottles water than at least 30 minute exercise

I'm down!! I walk everyday 3-4 miles, I weigh 160 and I'm 5'3 I'm trying to drink more water but I drink a lot of green tea! Let's do it!! 👍👊

I'm 5'4 I weigh 136, wouldnt mind getting down to 126. I don't actually care about how much I weigh once I'm toned and I feel good. I have alot of muscle as I walk, horse ride and am constantly on the go with my horses. But Im not happy with the weight that isn't muscle!! Lets see if I can reach my goal in 8 weeks for an event coming up :)

My goal is to take off 10, I'm in. I've lost 27 lbs since December & need to get re-motivated to get off that last stubborn 10.
