I started to workout in January i lost some weight i still do workout and am eating better but am getting a bigger belly. What do i do to be skinny again?

Hey Ashleigh..

to have a flat belly, in my experiance, is not only about what u eat, but also the portion size n each meal...u can flatten ur belly without even losing, eat more meals(5-6 a day) with smaller portions & limit ur sugar & carb intak..

Noa is correct. To actually trick your body into thinking it doesn't ned to store fat, you need to eat smaller meals and more times a day. Less frequency makes the body think it needs to store fat. Check out my thread of Healthy eating habits. See it, believe it and live it!
