Chreyl L. hit it on the nose cardio is the best fat burner. Combine with a good clean diet (good carbs, good fats, protiens, fruits and veggies) and you can't go wrong. However, there is another way you can burn fat.... Interval training. Intervals force your body your to work hard in short spurts which inturn boost your metabolism (sharply), burns fat (even after your workout), and builds muscle. Keep this in mind: Your body burns more calories while trying to maintain 1lb of muscle than it would maintaining 1 lb of fat. I built my interval workout (20x10) from some of my favorite exercises from here and ab-workouts-guide.com It's a bit intense however.
