Tone up so I can turn heads when I hit the beach
To finally start exercising,need to loose atleast 50kgs
To wear shorts. Its been about 4 summers and im almost there.
I want to lose the rest of my belly fat and tone my whole body and have a 6-8 pack
My goals are to strengthen my abs for more defined packs and to pack on a good 5lb of muscle
To lose my belly fat! And feel comfortable again, so probably 30lbs
To focus on sailing and try to reach a higher level and workout more, swim and drink more water
Run a mile straight. Been smoking way to long. :-/
