My goal this summer is to lose 15 - 20 lbs before college starts. What's yours?

I did want to lose weight but I have actually gained it in muscle and have stretch marks around my biceps to prove it lol

I've changed my diet and been working out 3 month prior to finding this app.

to cut-off my flabs and to achieve my target weight...im still on progress!I'm pushing myself harder in order to achieve it...heeyah!

To be able to do a simple photo shoot without starving myself before the shoot and without having to suck in my fat tummy

Every time I see a post from u, ur negative about urself and u shouldn't be!!!! U r so pretty, I just feel like u should embrace it. :-)

My goal is to lose 10 lbs and build my endurance so I can keep up with my husband on a run. Also, to try mountain biking for the first time!

To drop to 8-10% body fat, get rid of my belly fat, to get a 6 or even 8 pack, and to build my arms and/or tone them and same for my legs.
