Hello everyone! I'm a girl and i would like to start Convicit Conditional training by Paul "Coach Wade" from today. I have no strenght to pull up my body so this is why i try this program. If you want to do the same, start with me and we could motivate each others. I will train myself three, four or five times a week (as often as i have free time). The workout plan:
A-day is pushups, pullups
B-day is squat, leg raise
C-day is bridge, handstand pushups
The A-B-C day is the CC, these are the most important, the next steps are just tips, if you want to train more.
D-day isTabata ot Hiit training, running
(and if i have time i will do 1 more training wit running)
E-day is running. Come on you all, let's do it!
