I went from 245lbs to 125lbs I gained Soooo much weight when I had my son. My weight loss plus a c section has left my tummy flappy its not really bad its annoying . Can tummy crunches fix it? An if I start yoga now can I get more flexible or is it to late?
Lol Im not THAT old :-p Im 27 but in eating way healthish. Green tea, water drinks only, calories count , eat portions, veggies and fruit. But my problem is my c section.
I heard you never get those mucles back is that true? Im a size 7 in jeans and a small/medium in shirts.

Lol mine was a crash c section rip tear grab!! I took forever to heal an if I lift to much 4 years later still feel it.
But I eat healthy, no fast foods, salads, yogurt, fruits, lots of water. No sugar or soda. I eat fish an chicken but I dont eat alot so I eat small meals really small through out the day. I pick at fruit an veggies lol.
Youre the perfect go to on help!! Lol I know everyone tells me I need to eat more.. Do protien drinks help or are they wasted calories?
