Trying to lose weight and tone up in a relatively quick space of time!
Any suggestions/tips/workouts?

Do high intensity interval training. It's the fasted way to loose fat and get toned.

Before your breakfast do 1 hour slow cardio ( walk ) followed by 10 mins high intensity sprints. Recover then sprint again. So this way your body is burning its stored fat. It also keeps your metabolism high through the day. Don't eat refined carbohydrates and processed sugars. Drink alot of water. No soda. No carbs before bed. Eat only healthy carbs like brown rice, beans and sweet potato. If you want to tone you also need muscle because that's what creates the tone. So lift weights. And include a decent amount of lean protein in your diet.
