Ive been exercising for 3 months now and have lost 15 pounds short of just 4 pounds to my target. But side belly fat or love handles are still there. How to get rid of them, can anybody suggest some specific exercises in here

Love handles take some time to get rid of. I gained allot of weight after i got out of the hospital and am fighting to loose mine as well. Just keep dieting swimming works great but if nothing else jogging. Also any workouts that cause you to twist such as lawn mowers.
