Hi my name is lindsay I am a beach whale 16st 8lbs and need help and advice on the best workouts to shift the pounds x

Well first you need a change of attitude and not refer to yourself as such! The workouts on here are great anything with cardio and full body will shed the pounds also cut out sugar and carbs! Many blessings on your journey we are all here to support you!

Just stick at it lindsay find ones you like to do and keep doing those. Deffo abs one for the belly :) and do lots of cardio :) my belly is slowly going lol :) you can do it wifey xxx
