Hey everyone each day I devote to a certain exercise routine. Mondays legs and Tuesday cardio and so go. My question is if I did legs on Mondays lots of squats and today was my arm day which I worked out well but would it hurt to run a few miles today too?

It depends on your goals. If your legs feel good enough for running there isnt a real problem for running.
