I know it's strange but i'm 13 years old and I really have to loose tummy fat. I want my tummy to be absolutely flat. I weight now 51.2kgs. I have 1month to achieve this flat tummy starting from tomorrow. I would like to know some really usefull exercises for flat tummy. In addition I have exams starting so I can't do exercises that would take me lots of time.

Try to work your abs, floor planks,bicycles, iron butterfly's etc...Rock Hard Abs  try out my ab workout. This will help you tone up and get rid of that belly.

A combination of the previous two posts (ab strength exercises, healthy diet low in sodium/packed foods) and lots of cardio are key to blasting off excess fat. You have to keep in mind though, because you're so young  your body is constantly changing and dramatic weightloss, skipping meals, obsessing over little "imperfections" is dangerous. So take care and stay healthy- mind and body xoxo
