THE LAST 40 DAYS!!!! Beware: this is a tough challenge!

What's the last 40 days? It's a time period of which you're going to make the most healthiest choice(s). Starting from May 22nd (and ending exactly June 30th) you're going to have to actively work out and have the most consistent diet ever.

No junk food, no soda (the list is too long to list and I'm sure you already know what's healthy and what's not). So as of today, May 21st, I pledge to lose somewhere between 5 to 10 lbs. I'm going to be more active and more healthy. So if you're up for this challenge, comment below and let's support and motivate each other.

But there is one last rule I forgot to mention....if you do eat something unhealthy (and I mean really unhealthy like a Big Mac or something similar), you MUST post that on this forum! Yes it's harsh but we must also keep track of how much unhealthy decisions we make. I hope you will take part on this challenge and I can't wait to see your results. Good luck everyone!

It's awesome how many people are participating  :)

I just finished my workout - I burned over 200 calories and ran nearly 2 miles. 

I'm also going to do a 30 minute HIIT workout later today. Good luck everybody!

That's really good! I looked in the fridge and there was a mini cupcake and it looked so good [and tastes really good ;)] but I didn't eat it.

I was forced to have lemonade (my little brother brought a glass out to me and was like "i made this for you". I couldnt say no lol) but thats not so bad.....i ate really healthy the rest of the day though.

I also ate really healthy (I even ate veggies and fruits! Lol) but it was my brother's birthday and I had a few French fries and a few sips of iced tea :(

I decided that its water only for me and that's it. That way I can't get myself into trouble with juice and soda!

I'm a little late but I am sooo in! I just started trying a new lifestyle of healthy eating and exercising and I need something to keep me in check for my soda addiction... It's diet soda but it doesn't mean it's good for me. 

Day 1 - Stayed strong and burned more than 400 calories working out

Nice job Vale, and Sharon I have the exact same problem! I'm graduating this year also(next month) and I am surrounded my junk food all the time. I guess if we really have to eat, make it a tiny little piece
