How big of a lunch. I love eating fresh fruit . Or a small lean steak. Then having either a fruit smoothie with a protein blend.

I eat a bit of lunch meat with a slice of pepperjack on top.  I melt it in microwave for one minute and then eat it with jalapenos on top and a cut up tomato either on top or seperate. (i love tomatos..) 

if you want u can do the same thing but put it on tortilla and add lettuce and toamtos to it (i don't like ranch, but you might)  and if u want some jalapenos as well.  It makes a great filling lunch.  If im still not fully satisfied I eat an apple.

I say eat some sort of chicken salad or a normal salad with freshly cut strawberries as a side or some sort if fruit and maybe even a peanut butter sandwich. Tons of water and milk if you like that.

I like to mix my lunches up from day to day here are some ideas...
cruskits (or any savoury biscuit) with smoked turkey & cottage cheese
One small tin of canned Tuna (springwater or flavored?) mixed through with broccoli & cauliflower to add soy sauce to taste
