I'm just curious that if this might work or not even with following the schedule eating right and drinking plenty of water that you'll see any results

I've lost 18lbs since starting this app. I use it everyday! & yes, I do go to the gym as well but the motivation I recieve everyday on here is crucial to my wanting to go to the gym... :-)

What do you have to lose, other than weight (if that's your desire)? Lol

Me just drinking a gallon of water everyday has helped me lose weight. The water alone makes my body feel fresh and clean.

I just started this app my self, and may I  add its highly addicting. Especially the points you recieve after completing a video.. my goal is to recieve 500 by the end of this month.

Your very preety by the way.

Thank you :) I hope it does work I've been trying to loose weight ever since I had my baby I've tried a few things here and there but it seemed like nothing worked I'm hoping this will work because it's a set schedule and they workouts just specifically for you
