I'm just curious that if this might work or not even with following the schedule eating right and drinking plenty of water that you'll see any results
Me just drinking a gallon of water everyday has helped me lose weight. The water alone makes my body feel fresh and clean.
I just started this app my self, and may I add its highly addicting. Especially the points you recieve after completing a video.. my goal is to recieve 500 by the end of this month.
