I am starting the gym:) so I need some of your advice about on what machines should I go and for how much time? (To achieve my flat tummy!!) And no weight liftings:D

Why go to a gym if you are not gonna lift weights? Isnt buying a bike or running shoes alot simpler hehe

Well I cant lift weights because im only 13 and I have a wee bit of a back problem:)
