Does anyone know good exercises for getting rid of back folds/fat. I've had it since I was about 13.

Aim for exercises that hit your entire core (hips, lower back, butt, and abs). High Intensity Interval Training is great for burning fat and toning up. I built my exercise (Core Blast) from exercises I found here and at ab-workouts-guide.com

Try planking.....full, elbow,side, and iclined plane. You should do at least 5 minutes a day for about a minute-2minutes at a time.
