I've been working out for about a year, on and off the bandwagon. One of my biggest problems is throwing up. No, I'm not anorexic or anything like that. I just get an upset stomach especially when doing things like burpees. I can jog a mile or two and be fine, but sprint for 2 min or more and something's coming up. Low impact seems to be what I'm cursed to, but this just doesn't seem to be dropping the weight as fast as what I want. Suggestions anybody?
