Questions for a touchy tummy

I've been working out for about a year, on and off the bandwagon. One of my biggest problems is throwing up. No, I'm not anorexic or anything like that. I just get an upset stomach especially when doing things like burpees. I can jog a mile or two and be fine, but sprint for 2 min or more and something's coming up. Low impact seems to be what I'm cursed to, but this just doesn't seem to be dropping the weight as fast as what I want. Suggestions anybody?

I don't know. Is crossfit doing like core, upper body, cardio, etc?

I used to get sick whenever I did cardio..it turned out it's cause of low blood sugar. It can also be due to dehydration I think..

Thanks for the reply. I am making sure I drink a ton of water, eating regular small meals. I'll try to balance the blood sugar a bit more.
