Does doing too much cardio actually burn out muscles? I try to run about 5 days a week. Even doing intervals with weight lifting.
@Lamar- Yes you can burn your muscles out by running to much! You must rest thoroughly atleast one day out of the week if you are doing all that running. I come from a family of marathon runners and the result of not resting your legs is not a pretty thing! Be sure to ice your legs then do the hot/cold method. That's 10 mins Hot/ 10 mins cold x (2) .
