Alright, I'm 13, 5 foot 6, and weight 180... And I want to lose as much weight as I can this summer. I have 2 months. What exercises should I try? How often and how long? I'm a newbie, please help!
Cardio such as running is really good.
How long should I do them? And would swimming burn fat?
Well try running or jogging for about 45 mins for 5 times a week. And swimming does burn calories but I'm not sure how effective it is. Personally I feel like 70% of the battle is what you eat and 30% is exercise. So be very careful of what you eat.
Cardio like running and swimming would definitely help, and also do maybe 100 sit-ups a day.. Look for the cardio work out routines and the core ones as well. Running doesn't necessarily have to be the only thing you do bc I know that can get boring, just anything that'll get you moving (shuffles, jumping jacks, etc) oh and squats!
