Best Protein Shake???? HELP!

Soo guys i just had a baby over a month ago n wana get back in shape, loosing weight and toning up... I dont wana be body builder size LOL but i duno wats d best protein shake to take with my work outs,.. Any advice??

Gold standard or nitrotech... They both barely have any fats or carbs so that works out in youe case

BodyByVi is a great product to look into I've done it and lost 43 lbs in 3 months. I also know others who've list wait from it.

myprotein.Co.uk have a wide range of protein powders.I tend to go with unflavoured whey protein, then you can get creative with your own flavours.Hope this helps

Amplified wheybolic extreme 60 from GNC is the best protein shake I've tried so far. I lost 10 pounds in 1 week and only worked out intensely twice a week. You drink it with water or milk (w/ milk it can be used as a meal substitute) 12 oz. On workout days you drink 1/2 pre-post workout, and non workout days you drink one full one in the morning.
