You can go out with your bycicle at least 45 minutes by day. This is gonna be useful for your legs ;)

Maybe some kneee drivers to build your explosiveness on the court and maybe a little overhead med ball workouts to strengthen your arms. And some plyometrics, there a lot of jumping and moving so hope this was helpful for you and good luck.

I have never been on a volleyball team, never tried. But this summer starting in 2 weeks is training and camps for volleyball. I need ideas for exercising the muscles in my legs and arms, for the next 2 weeks and over summer to stay in shape. Cause you need to be strong. Any ideas?
