What workouts can I do to get rid of back fat? Also, lower belly. Thanks L=

I do around 100+ sit ups/crunches through out the day! It will also tone you aswell.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises are great for burning fat and building lean muscle. These exercises for your body to work hard in short, intense spurts. This spikes your metabolism keeping you burning fat well after your workout is over.

HIIT exercises give you a combo of strength training and cardio. And cardio is the best fat burner.
