Iv had this app for a while but find im lacking the motivation to do the workouts at home and prefer going to the gym. How can I break the habits of a lifetime and get my groove on at home?

Try doing exercises with your children (if you have any) my girls do it my oldest calls exercises actions' I struggle with motivation! If you want to get fit you will find the will power. I like doing it at home rather then the gym. At least noone is looking at you and laughing for getting it wrong or not being able to do something! Good luck! Im much better at exercising then I was. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I love it. But the moment im home I slip back into my bad habits of lounging around. Not good. But im definitely trying

Maybe set a time to do your exercises? Or get a fitness buddy that's going to push you in to motivation? I lack motivation we could always work out together at the same time?
