Iv had this app for a while but find im lacking the motivation to do the workouts at home and prefer going to the gym. How can I break the habits of a lifetime and get my groove on at home?

Try doing exercises with your children (if you have any) my girls do it my oldest calls exercises actions' I struggle with motivation! If you want to get fit you will find the will power. I like doing it at home rather then the gym. At least noone is looking at you and laughing for getting it wrong or not being able to do something! Good luck!
