Hello community!


So I'm just starting to use Workout Trainer. I love this app ! I'm 17 and I weigh 229. I want to go back to what I was a year ago. Which was 187. Anyone know any good workouts on here to get faster results?

I love ATV arms and tricep vanity and and upper body pusher. Also autumn abs and core the Pilots way

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises are great for burning fat and building muscle. These exercises force your body to work hard in short spurts. This spikes your metabolism and keeps your body burning fat well after your workout is over.

I built my HIIT workout (20x10) from exercises that I found here and at ab-workouts-guide.com. If you like it try MAX Tabata Test, Power Challenge, and Fast Fitness Circuit there fun and challenging.
